Understand client requirement and problem to provide high quality customer service Provide immediate solution and escalate problem to another level support in order to make sure things can be solve within time frame.

Required work experience Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. Only open for Japanese Native. Candidate must speak good English & Native level Japanese Candidate must willing to work on shift hour: 24/7 (based on assigned project) Certificate in IT/Computer Science would be added advantage
