・ Supporting the Thailand market professionally such as handling the inbound and outbound call, live chat and email.
・ Responsible to conduct research and verification on the client's information
・ Ensuring the accuracy of the details and information during the creation of new accounts.
・ Liaise with internal and external clients to ensure the requirements aglined with the SLA.
✓ Candidate must speak in business level fo English & Thai
✓ Candidate must willing to work on a shift basis
✓ A candidate who has experience working in the customer service line will be an added advantage.
