❖Support the development, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and support of IT systems, including the server, PCs, operating systems, database, telephones, software applications, websites and peripherals in KUL and SNB offices.
❖Develop and support computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery, managing backup.
❖Study and understand the product engineering specifications, e.g. mechanical drawing, software specifications, etc.
❖Write, edit and draft manuscript for technical publications, e.g. Operating Instructions, Installation Instructions, Service Manual, Quick Guide, etc. according to the engineering specifications.
❖Write, edit and draft manuscript for marketing collaterals
-Setting up and operating a variety of conventional and numerically controlled precision machine tools/equipment
-Repair machine and machine servicing
-Perform periodical maintenance
-Perform intermediate mathematical calculations, using precision tools/equipment and understanding /interpretation of Mechanical blueprints, sketches, Engineering specifications, drawings, etc.
❖Manage day-to-day overall operations of the IT team in providing system administration, helpdesk, technical support, implement upgrades, maintenance, software installation, configuration, troubleshooting and related IT asset management activities.
❖To provide optimum daily service to users when required.
❖To rectify any problem or malfunctions quickly and efficiently.
-This position exists To Provide quality support for Company Knowledge Management tools.
- This includes: supporting eLearning projects rollout in uLearn, Global eLearning system as well as uPerform Server and client.
- the incumbent will also maintain existing and new training materials, supporting training experts/Power users in successfully delivery of training programs.
-Product related configurations and deliverables. -Configuration task includes data migration, scripting and product related configurations.
-Setting up testing works and evaluation of configurations.
-Handling of supporting / troubleshooting issue during project phase.
-Requirement gathering and understanding of requirements during project requirement gathering phase with the project team.
