1) Design, develop and execute the Client’s Program suited for its strategy that will grow the Client’s customer base and drive sale & traffic by working together and communicating closely with the Client.2) To ensure the successful launch of the Client’s Program, form, coordinate and manage a cross-functional project teams with the Client from design to market launch of the Program by acquiring necessary assistance from, working together and communicating closely with the individual teams in the Headquarter (Tokyo Japan) 3) Analyse, prepare the data summary report on the Client’s Program4) Design and present the proposal of next steps of the Program (includes the promotion plan of the Program) to ensure the Program is moving towards the Client’s expectations and the strategy of the program.

* Develop, organize and execute marketing campaigns for the assigned brand in line with brand marketing objectives and goals. * Propose marketing strategies which combine all marketing mix such as product, pricing, positioning and promotion to achieve business plan* Work closely with designers, suppliers and production on matters related to creation, development and improvement of marketing materials* Responsible for providing and supporting sales team with necessary product related materials* Ensure all retail stores visual merchandising is in line with brand primary & secondary focus* Establish and maintain close relationship with associates such as principles, media* Manage budget and calculate investment decisions within the limit of allocated budget* Assist in the development of new/existing products and markets in order to contribute to the achievement of the business unit and marketing objectives
