• Responsibilities:
Staffing
-Investigate the company's staffing needs and take actions to staff accordingly.
-Assist in candidate screening and interviewing to assist consistently recruiting excellent staff.
-Maintaining a smooth onboarding & offboarding process.
-Assist in probationer’s appraisal and yearly performance appraisal exercise.Employee Relations
- Answering employees' queries about HR-related issues.

1. To ensure safest route for all destinations.

・Client visitation 1-2 /week (Supermarkets around Klang Valley, Wholesalers)
・KLIA pick up and drip off for Visitors
・Business trip once or twice a month to Penang, Johor Baru, etc. for 1-2 nights
・Weekday daytime: Drive MD's family shopping, eating out, going to private tuition etc.
・Weekend: To take MD to golf club, shopping with his family, eating out, leisure activities in the region.
