The title of this position (tentatively) is Customer Service Executive and he/she shall be working in the car rental branches in Okinawa.The candidate shall provide assistance to customers (largely foreigners) in their car rental processing and collection, support online and phone enquiries.Working in one of the largest car rental companies in Okinawa, he/she shall ensure smooth operation of the car rental procedures for the customers. As Hongkong customers make up quite a large percentage (after Taiwanese customers), it will be necessary for the candidate to be able to communicate in Cantonese.
