・ Develop HR strategy with the members that align with the company objective.
・ Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment and selection guidelines, assist in planning annual activities.
・ Work with the department head to determine appropriate compensation, pay grades for new and existing positions.
・ Monitor employee issues and compliances
・ Prepare, compile and produce relevant HR reports, ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory
✓ Candidate must obtain Degree/ Diploma in HR or Business Administration or equivalent.
✓ At least 6 years of working experience in an HR Generalist role,
✓ Well versed in all functions of HR
✓ Experience in the retail industry will be added advantage.
✓ The candidate must speak good English, Mandarin & Bahasa.
