Steel raw material sales. Products handled are iron ore, coal, slag and RPF, and there are many collaborations with the purchasing department at the head office and the manufacturing site.Details: I will be responsible for route sales mainly to domestic and overseas steel makers including group companies and production sites. Basically, it is mainly domestic customers, but it is a department with a lot of overseas transactions, and overseas business trips and new customer development also occur as the customers advance overseas.
•Work closely with National Sales Companies in ASEAN/ Oceania to manage PSI together, to increase sales to achieve business plan, to achieve profit target.•Work closely with domain in Japan, factory in some countries to create strong products, maximize sales, maximize profit. •To execute marketing strategies, integrated marketing plan and activities to achieve the set growth, market shares and profitability goals. •Develop new channel for new and strategic product category such as water purifier, saloon trimmer, toilet sheet and so on. Negotiate with domain, factory, national sales company to launch new product category in the region. •Lead national sales companies to develop such new channels, new products to grow new business.•Encourage the team members to achieve goal of sales, profit, market share.
