・ Well versed in Inco Terms, import/export/sales duties and taxes, customs clearance procedures

・ Good command of written and spoken English

・ Working together with Logistics Manager/ Assistant Manager/Operations staff in liaising with transportation/forwarding agencies/suppliers/customers for all shipments ensuring the accuracy on timely import/export deliveries to customers

・ Making competitive quotation before deadline

・ Coordination with customer, Japan agent and supplier


・ To perform any other job assignments as directed by superior

物流に関する様々なサービス（航空貨物、海上貨物、重量貨物輸送、陸上輸送、通関）を提供する日系大手物流企業でコーディネーターポジションを募集しています！

・関係する部門と協力し、すべての出荷について、輸送会社・転送会社・サプライヤー・顧客と連絡を取り合い、顧客へのタイムリーな輸出入品の配送が正確に行われるようにする。

・関係各所（クライアント、日本の代理店、サプライヤー、社内関連部署）との調整。

・見積書、関係書類の書類

・その他アサインされる業務

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Candidate must possess at least a Graduate Degree/Professional Certificate

✓At least 2-3 years working experience in logistic or related job enquiry.

✓Required language(s): English/Japanese

✓Possess positive attitude, team player, able to multi-task, self-motivated, work independently and able to work under pressure

✓Good communication skills

・英語：ビジネスレベル

・3年以上の類似業務の経験

・輸出入、関税、税金、通関手続きについての知識がある方
