・航空会社、船舶会社、運送会社との交渉
・入管対応
・月売り上げ目標、年売り上げ目標の達成
・日報、月報記録
・支払い管理
・クレジットアプリケーション
・オぺレーションスタッフとの連携
・ To oversee and manage the Sales Department. Responsible for Business Development and Customer Care.

・ To secure new customers, service existing customers, attend to customers’ requests, and ensure customer satisfaction.

・ Prepare quotations pertaining to Airfreight, Sea freight, Trucking, warehousing, et according to customers’ requirements.

・ Requisition and negotiation of rates from Airlines, Shipping Lines, co-loaders, and NVOCC

・ To send sales leads to overseas group offices and agents to generate additional businesses overseas.

・ To secure routing order import and prepare shipping instructions for all nominated inbound shipments for both air & sea.

・ To meet and achieve monthly and yearly targets. Also, prepare Daily Sales Appointment Reports and Sales Reports and write up profiles of every new prospective customer visited Managing Director.

Besides, shall also submit Bad Debtors Report by the end of every month to GM.

・ To close follow-up and securing of debtor’s payments & to submit Credit Application to Managing Director for each new client secured when terms are requested.

・ Coordinate & provide seamless information feedback to/from our customer service and operation staff on any special arrangement requested by/offered to customers to ensure smooth & excellent service.

・ To assist GM/MD in achieving the company goals and objective

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

・5年以上の物流のご経験
・日本語ネイティブレベル
・英語ビジネスレベル
・MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
・リーダーシップ
・出張可能な方
・車の運転
✓Diploma/Degree holders in Marketing / Economics / Aviation / Business Studies / Transport with a minimum of 5 years experience in the forwarding industry

✓Ability to write and converse effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia

✓Must be computer literate (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

✓ Pleasant personality with good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills and ability to interact well at all levels.

✓ Strong leadership qualities with motivational skills

✓Able to lead a team of personnel & Able and willing to travel extensively

✓Possess valid license

✓ Highly motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure
