• Plan and develop corporate strategy in line with Executive Chairman’s direction.

• Support Executive Chairman in new business expansion.

• Carry out research and study, conduct analysis, and present findings and proposal to Top Management for decision making

• Analyze financial data, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements, to assess the company's financial performance and inform strategic decision-making

• Develop and model different scenarios to assess potential risks and opportunities, allowing the company to make informed decisions in a changing business environment.

• Prepare business presentation, meeting write-ups.

• Assist in managing organizational change efforts related to the implementation of new strategies and initiatives.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Minimum Professional Certificate, Degree in Accounting or Business Study

• Minimum 3 years in corporate planning, must, sensitive with numbers,

• Japanese and English proficiency written and spoken.
