JOB DETAILJob Details
・Ensures efficient, effective operation by:
a. Reviewing and recommending improved operating policies and procedures and ensuring proper implementation and maintenance of approved changes.
b. Making recommendations for personnel regarding employment, transfer etc. for Managementlevel. Involves in the recommendation process, prepares related benefits for approval and ensure prompt record updates related thereto. Acting as recommender / approver for designated level.
c. Participating in HR consequence management, provides guidance to line managers through the processes required. Follow through actions including investigating on the reported case up to reporting of the related processes and recommendation for actions to be taken. Ensure related policies and procedures are adhere to.
d. Guiding and advising personnel in the more complex phases of their work.
・Evaluates and recommends Group’s overall compensation policy, keeps informed of trends and new developments in compensation and benefits programs and ensures conformity to regulations and internal policies and procedures.
・Supervises the primary functions of managers or officers of recruitment, employment, compensation, training and benefits.
・Participate in talent acquisition/management for designated levels.
・Performs employee engagement activities from time to time to gauge the satisfaction level of the employees towards their job.
・Participates in survey work, management of benefit consultants and enforcement of benefit administration.
・Work with HR team, relevant personnel and Management regarding compensation, benefits and HR reporting requirements.
・Develops and implements effective incentive programs as and when necessary.
・Participates or as team leader for HR related project where necessary and participates in any other project require the input from HR.
・Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Candidate with relevant Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of managerial exposure in core HR.
✓Exposure in HR strategy and implementation of policies & benefits in multi-national companies or financial institutions are added advantage.
✓This position is identified to succeed the position, Head, Group Human Resource in future.
