・Introduce products to architects, designers, engineers and other building professionals

・Organise participation in exhibitions and product seminars

・Propose and implement technical solutions and resolve issues

・Build and maintain rapport with architects and other stakeholders

・Deliver product presentations

・Market Analysis and present results to Management

・Prepare and present periodical marketing reports

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Min. Diploma in any discipline

✓At least 1 to 2 years in building and construction industry experience required

✓Good network of contacts (including architects, façade consultants and contractors)

✓Possess own vehicle

✓Knowledge in sustainability would be an added advantage

✓Fluent spoken and written English & Chinese

✓Fluent spoken Malay is an added advantage

✓Technically oriented is an added advantage

✓Good organising, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

✓Able to multi-task and good team player

✓Self-motivated, independent and resourceful

✓Outgoing and mature personality

✓Able to travel (mainly within Malaysia, with 1-2 trips per year to SEA countries)
