Department: Operations Department (Trade Finance / Loan)

Position: Senior Officer (1 position only)

• Process and handle domestic and international bank guarantee with strict compliance to Bank's policies and procedures with knowledge apply to International Chamber of Commerce rules (UCP600, ISP98 and URDG758) for issuing of guarantees, amendment, cancellation, lodgement of claims and payment within the limit as per the credit policy.

• Processing of Import Bills (LCs and Collections) including Import Financing product such as Trust Receipt, Bankers Acceptance and Discounting. Additional knowledge in the process for Shipping Guarantee an advantage.

• Accurately process transactions relating to Export Bills (LCs and Collections) such as advising, amendment and cancellation of Export Letters of Credit and ensure work accomplishment in strict compliance with International Chamber of Commerce Rules and Bank's policies and procedures. An advantage with knowledge in LC confirmation and the process workflow as well as Export Financing product such as negotiation, Discounting, Foreign Currency Trade Financing (FCTF), Forfeiting, Invoice Discount Finance, Supplier Chain Financing and Bank Risk participation.

• Capable to handle swift especially the 7 and 4 series and easily to communicate with Banks by Swifts for transactions relating to Import and Export transactions (Letters of Credit and Collections) and well worst in handling when Receive/ Release negotiated documents from/ to correspondent Banks.

• Also responsible for Loan related, RMA and Audit confirmation.

• Bachelor Degree with experience in Banking Industry

• Meticulous, thorough and supportive oriented

• Familiar with MS Office Application) Eg: Outlook, Excel, Words)

• Proactive and good team player, ability to communicate effectively with team members and counterparties

• Able to work independently

• Able to adapt to fast pace working environment
