・ Preparing and submit quotations.

・ Undertaking costs analysis for Repair and maintenance project work

・Assisting in establishing a client;s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.

・preparing early stage budgets and detail cost plans.

・advising on procurement strategy

・preparing tender and contract docuemnts, includeing bills of quantitties

・Preparing and anlying costing for tenders

・negotiating to ensure budgets are not exceded

・Providing advice on contractual claims

・to adhere to company policy, objectives and targets.

・Adere to the relevant integrated mangement system proceduers and implement it efficiently.

Suggest to the immediate superior for any improvemnet that can ebe made to the integrated management systems.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Diploma / Degree in electrical engineering in Quantity surveyor or related field

✓Minimum 2- 3years in calculation of electrical estimation cost

✓Experience in Data Center

✓Experience in prepare quotation , negotiate with supplier

✓Possess good communication skill to liaise with consultant, contractor & client.

✓Experience in Project tendering procedures and cost estimation

✓Possess good communication skill to liaise with consultant, contractor & client.

✓Experience in manage or supervise specialists and sub-contractors working with the company’s electrical system.

✓Possess own transport.

✓Able to work independently and willing to work at site.

✓A team player and able to work independently to meet tight deadlines

✓Responsible and with good working attitude

✓Computer Literate (ACAD, MS-Office, etc.).

✓Willing to travel / to be posted out of state (W. Malaysia)
