・Oversee the day-to-day operations of company's vehicle fleet.

・Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and repaired when necessary.

・Assist with customers’ vehicle breakdowns and accidents promptly and prepare necessary documents.

・Check vehicle dealers’ request and decide a next step to do considering company’s cost.

・Manage a team of fleet admin to ensure correct documentations and customer service.

・Manage a team of driver’s schedule.

・Carry out administrative duties such as invoices, and maintenance records, etc.

・Keep up to date on newest technologies and knowledge in the automobile industry.

・Expand panel workshop and apply credit facility.

・Expand second hand dealers for disposal cars.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Experience in corporate customer service

✓Working experience in fleet management role

✓Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field preferred.

✓Microsoft Office Literate

✓Ability to speak and write fluent English language
