・To support the Project Manager to coordinate the execution of engineering work and manage the whole engineering team of one execution office on a specific project.
・To prepare for the project technical detail, strictly according to the local regulatory requirement.
・To prepare engineering designs and drawings and calculation/technical reports on specific project.
・To prepare and manage tender documents, contracts, budgets and bills of quantities.
・To carry out calculation of quantity based on construction drawings.
・To review for discrepancy between architectural and structural drawings.
・To overall coordination of the various trades in relation to all the works.
・To liaise with subcontractors/suppliers, consultant and customer.
・To enhance safety awareness throughout construction period.
・To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

【Must】
✓Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
✓Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in related fields.
✓Experience & background architecture and/or civil engineering in factories and industrial buildings
✓Familiar with authority’s submission and coordination.
✓Consultant firm background is an advantage.
✓Required skill(s): AutoCad or Revit or equivalent
✓Proficient with Microsoft Office software
✓Excellent communication skills
✓Excellent time management and able to multi-tasking in fast paced working environment
【Prefer】
✓Familiarity with relevant codes and standards such as Malaysian Standard (MS) and other standard recognized and approve by local authority is preferred.
