• Provide support to Sales division all administrative duties including preparing quotation, purchase order, booking and billing reporting mainly for ROBOTS and ROBOMACHINES
• Performing basic office task, such as filling, answering phones, delivery arrangement
• Assist in preparing and coordinating the product training / demonstration, exhibition by Sales division to customers or dealers
• Maintain and update sales and customer records in timely manner
• Assist in brochure printing, door gifts searching and etc.
• Assist in any other duties and responsibilities as and when required
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma in Administration or equivalent
✓Proven experienced sales administrator
✓Computer literate: MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point
✓Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, oral and written. Literacy in Mandarin is an added advantage.
✓Must demonstrate high level of initiative, team spirit, follow-up skill, multitasking skills, communication skills, strong character and ability to deal with all levels of people
✓Willing to work beyond working hours when needed
✓1 Full time position available
