・Uphold the highest standards of food quality, oversee ordering and inventory control for all food and supplies, ensuring minimal waste and optimal stock levels.
・Oversee budgets, prepare financial reports, and manage cost control measures, including tracking tenant’s sales, rental collection, and operation expenses.
・ Foster and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing concerns and facilitate communication between tenants and management.
・Ensure the food hall operates in compliance with safety and hygiene standards, as well as food handling regulations, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
・ Work closely with the marketing to attract high footfall to the food hall & assist in promotional activities and events to enhance the food hall’s visibility.
・ Leading the team to provide high quality service and maintain the standardization of service at
all times.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related qualification.
✓ Minimum 10 years of food service or hospitality management, knowledge of Japanese cuisine is an advantage.
✓ Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the food industry.
✓ Strong leadership skills and professional image.
✓ Demonstrable ability to work both independently and in a team environment
✓ Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
