・ Responsible for control of raw material purchase from local and oversea supplier.

・ Monitor, planning and purchase the products required to ensure sufficient stock for production requirement.

・ Responsible for entire material purchasing cycle, follow up deliveries of local and oversea part and ensure prompt delivery of goods.

・ Ensure Purchasing documents are properly filed on time and for easily retrieval. Control the document include of E-Invoice and lease with Finance department.

・ Worked closely with warehouse team to make sure that accurate stock quantity levels were always maintained and monitoring stock level of In-house warehouse and 3rd party warehouse.

・ To monitoring of In-Out raw material for daily production usage and perform inventory or stock count monthly.

・ Perform of ISO-9001 for Quality Management System and control of purchasing procedure.

・ Undertake other special assignments assigned by Top Management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Business Studies, or equivalent.

✓ ISO9001

✓ Candidate must possess good communication skills, negotiation skills, management planning skills and interpersonal skills. (English & BM)

✓ Must have good planning and organizing skills to act promptly in important situation.

✓ Must be able to complete task without supervision and provide solution to management.

✓ Must be able to use advance computer skills (i.e: Microsoft word, excel, ppt, etc…)

✓ Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

✓ At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
