・ Collect Data for current sales activities and performing data analysis

・ Developing and managing business plans and budgets

・ Executing monthly and annual financial reporting and management accounting tasks

・ Maintaining corporate governance with the headquarters in Japan and other offices

・ Preparing reports and presentations for the headquarters in Japan

・ Proposing and implementing improvements in the sales process

・ Assisting the Managing Director with tasks as needed

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Language Skills: Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English

✓ Experience: Management accounting, business planning, and related roles

✓ Preferred Experience: Management accounting experience in the food manufacturing industry

✓ Skills and Knowledge: Corporate governance knowledge and experience

✓ Abilities: Strong analytical skills and logical thinking

✓ Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and emphasize teamwork

✓ Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot table etc) and PowerPoint

✓ Preferred Background: Experience working at overseas branches of Japanese companies
