Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design, and configure SAP S4/HANA FICO and Project System modules, and implement solutions that align with business objectives and best practices.

Process Optimization: Analyze existing process, identify inefficiencies, and propose and implement SAP-based solutions to streamline operations and improve productivity.

Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to align SAP strategies with corporate objectives and long term plans. This ensure that SAP implementations support over coaching business goals and are adaptable to future needs.

Continuous Improvement: stay abreast of the latest SAP technologies and industry trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend and implement enhancements to optimize system performance and functionality. Stay up to date with the latest SAP S/4HANA release, innovations, and industry trend and assess their potential impact on the organization.

Template Governance and standard: Establish and enforce governance process, standards, and best practices for SAP FICO/ PS modules to ensure consistency and control across all regional operations. This includes regular reviews and updates in line with evolving business and regulatory requirements.

Develop and maintain documentation standards and their updates for configuration, process.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that SAP solutions comply with relevant financial regulations and internal controls, minimizing financial risks.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.

✓8 years of hands on experience with SAP S4/HANA FICO and PS module, including configuration, customization and implementation.

✓Domain expertise in Discrete Manufacturing / Consumer Electronic is required.

✓Extensive experience and knowledge on product costing are a must.

✓Experience in maintaining global SAP template is a must.

✓SAP certifications in S4/HANA FICO and /or PS are highly preferred.

✓Travelling up to 50%
