【Financial and Accounting Management】
・Perform and review full set accounting tasks, including journal entries, monthly/quarterly/year-end closing, and preparation of financial statements.
・Oversee asset management, cash flow analysis, and budget control.
・Prepare tax filings (corporate tax, VAT, etc.) and handle audit processes.

【Team Management】
・Guide, train, and support the finance and accounting team in daily operations.
・Evaluate team performance and provide suggestions for improvement.
・Facilitate communication and reporting with internal departments, senior management, and headquarters in Japan.

【Financial Strategy Proposal and Execution】
・Develop and implement medium- and long-term financial strategies.
・Propose and promote improvements to operational processes and enhance efficiency.
・Create reports and present financial data to the management team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓At least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting.
✓Over 3 years of experience as a manager.
✓Proven expertise in full set accounting tasks.
✓Having Japanese skill is advantaged (JLPT N2 above)
✓Understanding and practical experience with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
