• Provide administration support to Sales department in preparing invoice, PO, DO etc.
• Liaising with logistic department and courier services to arrange for delivery of products
• Conduct inventory management in company's warehouse.
• Prepare and submit reports accurately.
• To carry out ad-hoc task given by superiors.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Diploma Graduate
✓Strong MS Office, spreadsheet skill, SAP knowledge will be an advantage.
✓With good sense of responsibility and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
✓At least 2 years experience in related role.
✓Able to learn quickly and work as part of a team.
