・Liaise with BIM Manager / Project Manager on BIM implementation based on project needs and requirement.

・Generate 3D models from 2D construction drawings.

・Clash detection for MEP with ACS models

・Execute and maintain the BIM execution plan.

・Liaise closely and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant statutory bodies.

・Ongoing review of BIM project models, workflows, and methodologies to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.

・Ad hoc assignments.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Minimum 5 years of working experience in construction industry

✓Possess a Diploma / Degree in Engineering / Architecture

✓Management experience in related BIM with strong technical knowledge and modelling skill

✓Proficient in BIM Modelling, REVIT, Navisworks, and AutoCAD

✓Able to read and understand engineering documents

✓Able to perform independently under minimal supervision

✓Able to communicate effectively with all levels
