• Plan, organize and manage marketing campaigns, events, festivals and promotional activities.

• Create and manage engaging social media content and strategies to enhance brand presence.

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and effectiveness.

• Support budgeting, invoicing and financial tracking for marketing projects.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

✓ Proven experience in marketing or related roles.

✓ Proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken) is required.

✓ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

✓ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

✓ Proficient in social media management, digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

✓ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
