・Formulate M&A objectives and scope based on the client’s growth strategy
・Conduct research, selection, and outreach support for potential M&A targets
・Attend client meetings both online and in person
・Prepare project progress reports and present updates to clients
・Collaborate with internal team members and external experts as necessary to execute projects

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Experience working in a consulting firm or accounting firm
✓Interest in or willingness to take on challenges in M&A-related work
✓Knowledge and practical experience in financial analysis and valuation (corporate value evaluation)
✓Strong skills in data collection and analysis
✓Ability to negotiate and provide proposals to clients
