・Creating Product Master Using an In-House System

・Product proposals and communication to franchisees

・Communicating with suppliers and developing new products

・Market Analysis, Reporting

・Provide advice to Junior Staff

・Staff Management, provide traing

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓At least 5 years work experience at Merchandising Department or Event company

✓Deep knoeledge in Manga, IP (Intellectual Property)

✓Must : Japanese ability(N1～N3)

✓MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote)

✓Experience cultural projects and has a high passion for them.

✓Person need a high ability to think and act by themself.

✓Good communication skills, can work as a team.

✓Honesty, humility and friendliness
