Property Viewing Assistance and Interpretation
・Explain the features and advantages of properties to Japanese clients and provide support to ensure a smooth property viewing experience.
・Act as an interpreter between Japanese clients and local real estate agents in Japanese, the local language, or English, addressing client inquiries and requests.

Transportation Support Between Properties (Including Driving Duties)

・Provide transportation support for clients between property viewings by driving, ensuring a safe and efficient schedule.

【Contract Support】
・Assist with the entire process from property application to contract signing and move-in completion.
・Prepare and review necessary documents, explain contract details, and coordinate between clients and local real estate agents.
・Handle post-move-in follow-ups and respond to related inquiries.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Suggested Japanese level: above N2
✓Having sales experience is better
✓Having working experience in related filed is better
✓Having driver license is must
