・Onboard new customer

・Establish Nephroflow systems locally and in regional countries.

・Travelling in the region for possible installation, sales support activities, project implementation, discussions, site inspection, installation, training, and troubleshooting purposes.

・Performing an initial FIT/GAP analysis and assisting the product management team to find a suitable solution

・Coordinating the server installation with the hospital IT team and providing necessary information

・Coordinating the activation and testing of integrations and perform necessary technical assistance to establish the system during the initial stage of the project. (POC)

・Installation of the system with the necessary hardware and software configuration

・Provide possible solutions for any issues or software bugs reported after consulting product management

・Participate in regional congresses and assist with necessary demonstrations and marking activities

・Training in the context of software updates

・Visit existing customers

・Act as the Single Point Of Contact for all customers

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓At least 2 to 3 years of experience in related field

✓Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer or other equivalent field

✓Excellent problem-solving, communication skills in project management, including job scheduling.

✓Good time management, punctuality, positive attitude, high quality self-management with minimum supervision.

✓Able to work independently and as part of a team.

✓Willing to standby and be responsive for support during off-hours or weekends.

✓This is a regional role – requires travelling to our subsidiaries as and when necessary.
