・ Prof-read, draft, review contracts and negotiating internally & externally

・ Raise contracts approval in legal system and liaise with internal lawyer - HQ & RHQ 

・ Ensure the contracts is legally binding - Sign & Stamp

・ Liaise with Government bodies/local authorities, external lawyers, outsource vendor, internal managers, building management

・ Raise internal approval related to administrative tasks

・ Filing and retrieval of agreements/legal documentations

・ Liaise Company Secretary & other department on the related secretarial documents

・ Handling KPDNKK Tribunal Claim with relevant authorities and department

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Qualification - Bachelor of Law from Local Universities or from UK.

✓Must have experience as a para legal in law firm or legal affair in the private sector

✓Experience minimum 6 months
