・Visit customer places(KL,PG,JB) to maintenance of CNC Machine.
　(e.g. Lathe, Machining center and Grinder etc)

・Electrical parts replacement.

・Survey using measuring equipment.

・Software installation and setting.

・Service parts warehouse management.

・Customer support by telephone.

・Installation assistance for new machines (advance preparations, arrangements etc.)

・Communication with customers and local dealer in MYS.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Educational background : Diploma Certificate and above

✓ Language : English, Chinese or Malay (Japanese, if possible)

✓Experience for operating and maintenance Lathes, Machining centers, Grinder etc.

✓ Experience for related to NC control equipment (FANUC, MITSUBISHI etc.)

✓ Experience for with OKUMA control equipment is best.

✓Basic knowledge of electricity (Control and signal circuit, Power circuit)

✓ PC skill : Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point

✓Traveling to country other than Malaysia for training. (Thailand,Taiwan,Japan)

✓Driving license

✓Good communication skill.

✓Multitasking.
