Managing inbound and outbound calls from the client list. Handling client from Japan. Explain services over the telephoneUnderstand client''s needs & provide solutions accordingly. Responsible in translating content from English to Japanese or vice versa.1 month training will be provided in Malaysia office

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE応募資格

Candidate who has experience in telemarketing/ customer service will be added advantage. Working visa will be provided if successfully hired. Candidate must speak fluent Japanese / native Japanese level.Candidate must willing to work from 3pm to 12am. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
