✓ Plan and implement sales strategies aligning with company sales policies and strategies.

✓Set clear market strategies.

✓ Ensure improvement and growth of existing market.

✓ Increase revenue in both local and overseas territories with existing and new products.

✓ Develop Japanese based and local customers.

✓ Discover effective ways to penetrate the Japanese and local markets.

✓ Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan.

✓ Identify sales territory plan and workable plan for targeting the right customers.

✓ Implement goals for revenue and consistent sales growth.

✓ Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.

✓ Develop sales strategies and approaches that allow an organizations sales force to position the company and its products to target customers in a meaningful and differentiated way.

✓ Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate VOC (Voice of
Customer) data to Superiors.

✓ Execute any other job assignments required by the Superior from time to
time.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE応募資格

✓ Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Business or related field.

✓ Language required: Japanese (native level), English

✓ Candidate with minimum 2 years’ working experience in Food industry or related will be added advantage.

✓ Looking for candidate who hands-on, hard-working, aggressive, self-motivated and able to achieve ambitious sales targets.

✓ Candidate must possess valid driving license.
