• Compile and analyze the monthly forecast data collected and log a detailed record of the results.

• Manage monthly closing activities including preparing the monthly manufacturing cost analysis report and report timely to the top management and Japan head quarter (In Japanese Version)

• Prepare the line items budget, monthly forecast for each product, expenses including the budget, forecast narrative and financial information.

• Responsible for proactive analysis of expense variances and ensure effective and timely communication to the relevant departments for actions (in Japanese version).

• Supervise costing inventory operations and ensure compliance to the company policy and procedures according to the Malaysia Private Entity Accounting Standards and Company Compliance policy.

• Inventory management, analysis and reconciliation.

• Responsible to authorize and ensure accurate expenditure records in the appropriate journals and ledgers in the company accounting system.

• Closely monitor and control the company actual spending versus the budget and forecast.

• Responsible for development and maintenance of product standard costs.

• Communicate closely and timely with the Japan counterparts for the cost reporting, and purchase billing etc.

• Any relevant and lawful tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time in line and commensurate with job grade and position title.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE応募資格

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Finance & accounting.

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in Electronics Financial Manufacturing Cost Accounting.

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP will be advantage

• Experience in Manufacturing costing and costs analysis skills

• Proficiency in oral and written Japanese and English Language.

• Proficient skills in the use of Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Word.

• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly, especially with non-accounting professionals.

• Strong in analytical and problem solving skills.

• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
