Japanese Native Customer Relations Executive

- Building and maintain relationship with customer.

- Supporting Japanese client in arranging appointment/treatment in hospital/clinics in KL.

- Providing translation/interpretation service to customers.

- Attending customer request, and provide good customer service to the customer

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE応募資格

-Obtained Degree in any field from Japan university.

-Candidate must willing to work on Saturday and night shift in rotation basis.

-Language required: Business level Japanese & English

-Candidate must obtained at least JLPT N2 and above

-Experience in customer service will be added advantage
