有名日系商社でコーディネーターを募集中。Japanese Native Executive / AM

・日本語及び英語でのビジネスレポートの作成、翻訳
・Responsible for preparing business report from English to Japanese and vice versa

・市場情報の収集
・Support business departments in gathering market intelligence

・日本からの出張者の手配（航空券予約、宿泊予約、交通手段、お客様とのアポイントメント確認等）
・Support Business Department in making arrangement for staffs from HQ Tokyo to visit Kuala Lumpur office such as flight ticket, accommodation, transportation and etc.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE応募資格

✓ コーポレートコミュニケーション学、マスコミ学、行政学あるいは類似の学部の大学卒以上
✓ Degree in Corporate Communication, Mass communication, Public Administration or similar filed

✓ 最低3年以上の秘書としてのご経験
✓ Have at least 3 years of experience in secretarial related functions

✓ パワーポイントでの書類の作成が得意
✓ Good in preparing presentation material using PowerPoint

✓ コミュニケーション能力が高い
✓ Good communication skills.

✓英語：ビジネスレベル
✓Candidate must speak business level in English.

✓ Able to work independently and adapt cultural differences.

✓人付き合いが上手、責任感がある、積極的、プレッシャー下でも働ける、マルチタスクをこなせる方
