・To handle all HR related matter (Payroll, hiring, Visa, Staff evaluation, Staff benefit, Staff training etc)

・To suggest idea to improve working environment to Management

・To review and comment on staff evaluation

・Support for Japanese staff (Visa application, income tax, condominium etc)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE応募資格

✓10年以上の人事のご経験（アジア地域での製造業100人程度人事関連マネジメントご経験者歓迎）

✓英語ビジネスレベル

✓日本語ネイティブ

✓企業内改革に取り組んだご経験のある方歓迎

✓Able to establish good Commuinication will all the staff

✓Who have good will to improve company business with Management
