Japanese Native Sales Coordinator

1. Interpretation & translation in Japanese/ English　翻訳通訳

2. Meeting minutes preparation　会議の議事録

3. Update and upkeep document 書類の整理

4. Coordination & correspondence with Japan any related issue　日本との様々な調整

5. Prepare SOP, Job Instruction, Japan HQ standard plant’s format, Engineering documents, etc　マニュアル、職務指示、日本の本部の工場規定、エンジニアリング書類の準備

6. Attend meeting and factory tour with auditors/ visitors or customers　監査、工場見学者の案内

7. Assist Japanese expatriate if any issue　駐在員のサポート

8. 5S, Fire safety, quality report submission upon request　５Ｓ，火災防止、品質管理等のレポートのサポート

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE応募資格

✓ Bachelor Degree in any field, but preferable Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronic/ Process Engineering
　4年制大学卒　できれば機械、電気、工程エンジニア

✓ Good interpersonal skill　人とのかかわりが上手な方

✓ Able to work independently　自立して行動できる方

✓ 語学：日本語ネイティブ、英語&マレー語（ビジネスレベル）
