Inbound Assistant Manager (Japanese Native)
・Create ideas and implement business strategy to ensure income from Japanese tourist

・Management of Group Team (Incentive group handle, help student group)

・Management of Online Hotel Booking System (follow up daily reservation & enquiries on demand)
オンラインホテル予約システムのマネジメント(日々の予約、お問い合わせ対応)
・Management of Reservation team (Negotiation & Marketing to Hotels)
予約チームのマネジメント(交渉、ホテルへのマーケティング活動)
・Management of Operation team (Help assignment on demand, Negotiation & Marketing to Suppliers)
オペレーションチームのマネジメント(必要に応じて担当業務の援助、サプライヤーとの交渉、マーケティング)
・Management of personnel affairs for inbound team
インバウンドチームの人事関係
・Biweekly briefing with each team & monthly briefing with department head
週ごと、月ごとの打ち合わせ
・Holding company hotline- 24 hours emergency call mobile phone.
24時間体制の緊急電話待機
・Bring guest to hospital when ever requested by in-house guest.
必要に応じて、お客様の病院への付き添い
・Bring guests to Police Station to file a police report when ever is requested by guests.
必要な場合にお客様の警察署への付き添い
・Replying the daily local e-mail and in Japanese language to Japan if requested.
日本からのメールへの対応
・Print out daily assignment from SD System, tally the assignments with Challenge System.
SDシステム上の日々の業務のプリントアウト、チャレンジシステムとの照合
・Replying the Japan Offices enquiries e-mail daily if any.

・Accompany staff from Japan HQ for local hotel inspection if requested.
・Dealing with the suppliers for the quotation, menu and rates for office use.
・Preparing quotation rates to West Malaysia if it is requested.
・Performs other related duties to benefit the mission of the organization.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE応募資格
✓At least 5 years experience in Inbound operation
✓Extensive network in Malaysia & Japan
✓Degree in business administration, finance, or tourism is preferred, but not compulsory.
