・マネジメント、チームメンバーの事務サポート
・上司とスタッフの円滑な連絡が行えるよう日常業務内で他部署との調整等コーディネーターの役割
・上司のスケジュール管理、必要な手配
・来訪者の対応
・役員会議の準備、アレンジメント
・その他マネジメントから依頼される必要な業務対応
・Provide administrative support to Management and team members
・Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow platform between the boss/team members and various departments within the organization
・Monitoring Chiefs’ schedule and coordinate properly
・Guests arrangement
・Board of Director(BOD) Meeting Preparation & Coordination
・Exco Meeting Preparation & Coordination
・Undertake other special assignments, ad- hoc functions and related duties as and when required by the Management
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE応募資格
✓4年制 Degree in any field.
✓ Minimum 3 years of experience in secretary supporting role.
✓ Resourceful and able to multi-task with strong coordination & organizational skills
✓ Efficient administration and clerical skills
✓ Mature and pleasant personality with the ability to interact well with people at all levels
✓ Proficient in both oral & written Japanese and English
✓ Computer literate
