新製品がコスト競争力を持ち、常に市場をリードすることを確実にするために、プロセスフローを提供し、再構築する。

新製品開発の立ち上げから、顧客受け入れまでをリードする。

標準的なエンジニアリング技術、手順、基準を独自に評価、選択、適応するための実質的な判断を必要とする非定型的な問題に対して、リーダーシップとガイダンスを提供する。

製品管理部門と連携してプロジェクトスケジュールを管理し、部門予算を作成・監視する。

社内外の関係者と協力し、必要なリソースを確保し、部門間の問題を解決し、プロジェクトおよび組織の目標達成に貢献する。

社内コミュニケーション - 業務における現在の問題について検討。

・To deliver & reengineer process flow to ensure new product are cost competitive & consistently staying ahead of market

・Lead new product development activities from inception to product launch and customer acceptance

・Provide leadership and guidance for non-routine problems requiring substantial judgment in the independent evaluation, selection and adaptation of standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria

・Track project schedules in conjunction with product management preparing and monitoring the departmental budget

・Work with internal and external stakeholder to obtain necessary resources, resolve inter-departmental issues and contribute toward project and organizational objective

・Internal communication-to discuss the current issues in operations, daily, weekly

・External communication - to experiment /develop new type of coating, weekly

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE応募資格

エンジニアリング（その他）、プロジェクトマネジメント、研究開発、またはそれに相当する分野において、少なくとも学士号／卒業後ディプロマ／専門職学位を持っていること。

少なくとも8～10年の関連分野での実務経験を有すること。

必須スキル： プランニングスキル、リーダーシップスキル、コミュニケーションスキル

必須スキル： 企画力、リーダーシップ、コミュニケーション能力 ✓プロジェクトまたはR&Dに特化したマネージャーを希望

✓Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Others), Project Management, Research Development or equivalent

✓At least 8 - 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

✓Required Skill(s): Planning Skills, Leadership Skills, Communication Skills

✓Preferably Manager specialized in Project or R&D equivalent
