・日本語から英語、英語から日本語への書類や業務手順の翻訳。

・日本人（駐在員）サポーターの会議、打ち合わせ時の通訳補助。

・マレーシア工場と日本HQとの円滑で効果的なコミュニケーション。

・管理業務及び雑務の補佐。

・組立部門予算のトラッキング、モニタリング、コントロール、その他関連事項において部門長をサポートする。

・Translate the documents and operation procedures from Japanese language to English and vice versa.

・Assist Japanese (Expatriate) Supporters as an interpreter during meetings and discussions.

・Ensure smooth and effective communication between Malaysia Plant and Japan　HQ for Assembly operations.

・Assist in administrative and miscellaneous job-related duties.

・Support the Department Head in the tracking, monitoring and control of the Assembly Department budget and in other related matters.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE応募資格

✓分野を問わず、最低学士号を取得していること。

✓高い日本語能力、英語能力（読み/書き/聞き取り）。

✓日本語翻訳業務経験1年以上。

✓対人能力、コミュニケーション能力に優れ、責任感の強い方。

✓優れた分析能力、問題解決能力。

✓ワード、エクセル、パワーポイント、アウトルックなどのマイクロソフトオフィスツールに精通していること。

✓Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

✓High Japanese and English language proficiency level in reading/writing/listening.

✓Minimum 1 year experience in Japanese translation job.

✓Good interpersonal and communication skills, highly committed and responsible person.

✓Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills.

✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
