会社の目標、予算、運営プロセスを、企業方針やビジョンに沿って策定・実行する支援を行う。

VIP訪問の調整を主導し、各部署と連携してスムーズな対応を確保する。

経営幹部や取締役会の会議に向けて、質の高い資料、レポート、プレゼンテーションを作成する。

日本本社からの依頼に対する主要な窓口として、重要書類の収集、準備、提出を行う。

日本本社やASEAN・オセアニア地域の関連会社と戦略的な議論を主導し、協力関係を促進する。

・Assist in developing and executing company goals, budgets, and operational processes in alignment with corporate policies and vision.

・ Lead the coordination of VIP visits, including liaising with various departments to ensure a seamless experience

・Prepare high-quality materials, reports, and presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.

・Serve as the primary point of contact for requests from Japan headquarters, including the collection, preparation, and submission of key documents.

・Lead strategic discussions and foster collaboration with HQ in Japan and affiliates across the Asean-Oceania region.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE応募資格

✓ ビジネス管理、財務、経済学、または関連分野での学士号以上が必須。関連分野での修士号があれば尚良し。

✓ 企業計画、戦略管理、または関連分野での最低10年の経験が必須。多国籍企業や大規模組織での経験が望ましい。

✓ 日本語と英語の両方に堪能で、両言語での優れた口頭および書面でのコミュニケーション能力が必要。

✓ 海外または多国籍環境での勤務経験が非常に望ましい。日本およびASEAN・オセアニア地域のビジネス文化に精通している方優遇。

✓Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline would be an added advantage.

✓A minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate planning, strategic management, or a related field. Previous experience in multinational corporations or large-scale organizations is preferred.

✓Must be proficient in both Japanese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

✓Experience working abroad or in multinational environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with the business culture in Japan and the ASEAN-Oceania region is advantageous.
