・・プロジェクト実行計画の実施、プロジェクト全体のスケジュールの監視と管理、複数の分野、ベンダー、第三者との調整を担当。

・エンジニアリング成果物、ベンダー/調達活動、プロジェクトマネージャーの承認のための人員要件をレビューし、提案。

・クライアントとコミュニケーションを取り、彼らのニーズや要件を解釈。

・予算、スケジュール、計画、及び人員のパフォーマンスに関する管理業務を行い、プロジェクトの状況を報告。


・Responsible for the implementation of the project execution plan, the monitoring and control of the Project overall Schedule and coordination with multiple disciplines, vendors and third parties.

・Reviews and proposes engineering deliverables, vendor/procurement activities and manpower requirements for approval of Project Manager.

・Communicate and interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements

・Performing control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE応募資格

✓化学/機械工学または関連分野の学位を持っていること。

✓石油・ガス業界でのプロジェクトエンジニアとしての2〜3年の経験。

✓EPCCプロジェクト管理プロジェクトの経験があれば尚可。

✓プロジェクト実行計画、プロジェクト手続き、ベンダー/調達活動、業務完了についての良好な知識と理解。

✓マルチタスクをこなし、同時に複数のプロジェクトに取り組むことができる。

✓Microsoft Project & Office、Primaveraなどのコンピュータリテラシー。

✓チームで働くことができ、優れた対人関係、コミュニケーション、ライティングスキルを持っている。

✓英語とマレー語（話す・書く）の良好な運用能力。

✓日本語の能力があれば尚可。

✓積極的でマルチタスク能力がある。

✓複数のプロジェクトサイトに出張・転居する意欲がある。
✓Possess a Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

✓2-3 years experience as a Project Engineer in Oil & Gas industry.

✓Experience in EPCC Project Management projects would be an advantage.

✓Good knowledge and understanding of project execution plan, project procedures, vendors/procurement activities and job close.

✓Able to perform multitask and work on a number of projects at the same time.

✓Computer literate in Microsoft Project & Office, Primavera, etc.

✓Able to work in team and possess excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.

✓Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)

✓Japanese language proficiency is preferred.

✓Proactive and multi-tasking ability.

✓Willing to travel and relocate to multi project site location.
