❖To drive and implement Project Management Strategies to achieve affective time/ cost/ quality and environmental management.❖To direct/ supervise and develop Assistant Manager and Senior Executive’ capabilities to ensure productive and effective project management team manpower plans.❖To monitor and control guidelines/ best practices/ SOPs and related legislation.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

❖Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Building Science or related discipline.❖Min 6 years’ experience in managerial capacity in the construction management of Project Management.
