Responsibilities: • To assist in all aspects of sales administration and adhere assignments• To assist to prepare quotation, issue purchase order, update shipping schedule and issue invoice.• To support sales staff in their daily duties (follow up on supplier invoices, payment from customers and filing)• Assist in managing daily logistics operations for smooth delivery to customer
