•To lead and direct a team of District Sales Managers to achieve company’s goal and sales target. To analyze all retail related sales and provide sound and effective recommendation to sales team to follow.•Take charge of each store’s P&L and maximize profitability by driving sales, minimize operating costs through effective management of systems and information.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

•Diploma / Degree in Business Management or relevant•Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in fashion retail operation, preferably with garment merchandising background•Strong leadership, communication, planning and organizing skills•Analytical, meticulous and have sharp business acumen
