•Facilitate good communication, feedback and motivation among HQ team and site team, Japanese employee and local employee•Responsible for site supervision work and site management work to maintain the highest quality•Effective coordination, scheduling and monitoring of the progress of the project to meet deadline
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent•Minimum 1-2 years of working experience at site is required for this position•Fresh graduates in the related field are also welcome to apply•Languages preferred: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
