• Process manual payment with high level of accuracy and complete on a timely manner.• Provide Tier 2 support for P2P escalations and BPO payment activities.• Couching team member on operation issues.• Escalate BPO performance issue to management on a timely manner.• Perform bank reconciliation (EBS) on a timely manner.• Attend to P2P aged item and escalate to respective business users

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Four (4) to six (6) years of relevant work experience.• Must have working experience in Shared Service Centre in Purchase to Pay orAccounts Payable process areas.• Demonstrated ability in research and issues resolution with proven ability tosolve problems and resolve conflicts.
